Our mountainside cabin offers many amenities including:

NOTE: Upon booking, guest will receive a rental agreement to be signed and returned to host prior to check-in.

NO Smoking / NO Pet Policy must be followed (Registered Service dogs are allowed). Failure to follow will result in immediate eviction without refund plus a deep cleaning fee of $500. *As listed in the rental agreement*

We have a Ring security camera facing front walk and parking area; it will be on and monitoring 24/7 for security purposes of the property, and guests vehicles during your stay.

The occupancy limit is 6 Guests. Rare exceptions will be made, only in cases of infants or small children. Owners must be contacted to request exception. Failure to follow the occupancy limit will result in immediate eviction without refunds given.
