Luxury in the Mountains was a perfect spot for two couples for our Asheville getaway to explore the downtown breweries. The house was clean and exactly as pictured. Check in and out was easy. I would definitely stay again.
Very clean. Nice neighborhood. Kids could be loud without bothering neighbors. Close enough to Asheville to experience everything. We had a great stay at this property
The property was beautiful, clean, cute, and quaint. The manager made sure that we were able to get in. All the supplies for the kitchen were an added plus! We will definitely be back!
The property is in a great location, easy to find. We did have a hiccup with the keypad it was dead, we didn’t have a direct number to contact owner, but googled the property company number and a lady Christina helped us out by contacting owner. Once we got inside and settled, the wifi password listed on the wall was different than the one in the book, and then that one was also incorrect. We had to play around with the letters to get connected. Place was very clean. I like that they had washer and dryer onsite. I will say for those seeking quiet nights on the deck or quiet early mornings, this place may not be for you. There is a main road and there can be some pretty loud vehicles that drive by. It wasn’t an huge issue for us. Aside from that, we definitely would book again.
We were in town to look at properties and this house was central to all the places we were going to visit.
When we first walked in we immediately noticed how clean and new the place is. Nicely furnished with plenty of space for 2. The living space is on the front of the house and the bedrooms are on the back with doors leading to the deck. There is a decent view of the mountains from the deck and a small field behind the house where we spotted a bear one morning - which was a highlight for us!
There is a grocery just down the road and easy access to I-40, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Asheville. Our only complaint would be the road noise from Charlotte Hwy behind the house. The house did insulate us from most of the noise but occasionally we could still hear it - particularly the night they repaved the highway.
Overall we would recommend this house, just be aware there is some road noise.
