This property is very well stocked with everything a person would need! The host is prompt in responding and courteous. We had a group of 6 adults and thoroughly enjoyed the house!! Will definitely stay here again when in Pagosa!!

This was a great place to stay during our huge family trip in Pagosa Springs. The home is incredibly spacious with an added bonus room that made for a perfect addition for little ones. Everything was cleaned nicely and the host was a quick and efficient communicator. Property is perfect distance from everything, with nothing being too far away but it also being in the mountains enough that you get to see tons of wildlife. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for helping make our trip such a memorable time :)

We absolutely loved this place. The host was so accommodating and prompt. We arrived a little earlier than expected and they were willing to let us in earlier. The house itself was very clean, the perfect gathering place for us as a family to meet up. Highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay in this well decorated jewel! It was so clean and comfortable. This was just perfect for a family and we would love the opportunity to come stay again!

The house is Nice and Clean, well-equipped with everything you need, and located in a very safe neighborhood with a great location. The only downside is that the property manager takes a while to respond.
