Situated directly across the street from the beach, this spacious three-bedroom retreat offers prime convenience and comfort with features including a spacious private deck and patio furnished for outdoor living.

Inside, you'll find stylish coastal decor and a bright living spaces equipped with all comforts of home. Relax with board games and a smart TV in the living room or kick back on the corner sofa for a quick cat-nap or some afternoon reading. The kitchen boasts gorgeous tile counters and a full suite of appliances for handling home cooking with ease. There's seating for three at the breakfast bar and the dining table can accommodate up to six for sit-down meals. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

A downstairs primary suite includes its own separate entrance along with a window-mounted air-conditioner, smart TV, and en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms are located in the main part of the house. One bedroom includes a private half-bath. A full bath is available for household use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
