Rose Cottage - Goodyear Lake - Here it is! Rose Cottage is the perfect choice if you love being on the water with a great view and a very accessible waterfront that is terrific for swimming, fishing and water sports. There is a large wrap around deck as well as a multilevel dock on the waterfront. There is ample outdoor seating on the deck and at the waterfront. There is also seating in the yard around a fire pit - relax around a campfire and gaze at the stars over the lake. Or enjoy the sunrises over the water, with a view of the rolling hills in the distance. Canoe, kayak and standup paddle board rentals available in the area.

This newly renovated cottage has an open floor plan and enjoys the modern conveniences of central air, a new kitchen with a dishwasher and a washer / dryer. There are three bedrooms and one bath. There is wall to wall carpet throughout. This is a one-level cottage with tasteful, relaxing décor.
Note: your hosts live next door - so they are close by if you need any assistance or information.

This waterfront home welcomes a maximum capacity of 6 people - not including your player - but does include coaches if they rotate out from the tournament complex.

Lake house vacation

Very nice house, great location, about 18 minutes from CDP. My boys loved swimming and kayaking in the lake and hanging out at the fire pit on cold afternoons/evenings. The owners live next door and are very nice and helpful. Would love to stay again when my other sons go to cooperstown!

Charming Lake stay

Really enjoyed our stay at Rose Cottage. We were here for the coopertown baseball tournament. Great location- takes about 15 to get to the park. We had a blast chilling at the cabin in between games, cooking in the evening, and fishing off the dock. Beautiful views. Felt like home. Would definitely recommend 👍👍. Host owners live next door- very friendly and helpful with any questions.

I heard so many baseball parents say that the rental they got was not what was pictured. Not the case here. Spacious, clean, cool ac, gorgeous view of Goodyear lake. Comfortable for relaxing inside and outside. Very easy straight shot to dreams park, 7 min from local grocery store. Owners right next door are so friendly and helpful. If I ever go back this would 100% be the place I’d stay. I feel very lucky to have snagged this gem for our week in Cooperstown.

Perfection by the lake

Do not hesitate booking Rose Cottage. This little gem is situated just far enough off the main road for tranquility but close enough for super easy access to and from the ball parks. Cold central air conditioning, cozy rooms, a freshly updated bathroom, washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen make this the perfect home away from home. Nearby is a rental company who will deliver kayaks, SUPs and fishing gear to elevate your stay even more. My sons caught catfish and blue gill on the lake, and had a great time exploring the coves across the lake on the SUP. Cath is an excellent host and although we didn’t need anything during our stay, it was nice to know she was just next door if need be. Thank you for such a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!
