This renovated space is the perfect spot for your Lake Geneva get away! The Geneva Beach House is located just blocks from the lake and less than a mile from the downtown district. Half a mile to the famous Riviera (easy walk with sidewalk). A hop, skip and jump from the famous Geneva Lake shore path. Take the sidewalk to the Lake .4 miles away! Walk to nearby restaurant Lake City Social or have a craft cocktail at the Speakeasy bar at Maxwell Mansion. Very close to the Cove hotel, Bella Vista, and Clearwater Outdoor paddleboard and kayak rentals. Boat rentals less than a mile away!

This listing is a package for all three suites at the Geneva Beach House. Each unit features its own private entrance and exit. THEY ARE NOT CONNECTED INTERNALLY. Perfect opportunity for bachelorettes, family or friend reunions to all be together but return to their respective units at the end of the day! Parking for 10+vehicles. Great stay

Great location! We enjoyed our stay for a bachelorette party. Plenty of beds to accommodate our large group. The location is clean and beautifully decorated. We also enjoyed the outdoor space and fire pit.

We do note this on the listing.There is an indoor gathering spot in the lower level rec room in the Delavan suite and the backyard for guests to be together. Pleasant Stay

Overall we had a pleasant stay at the Lake Geneva Beach House. The walks were a bit further than we anticipated, but we lucked out with good weather for one of the two days/nights. In the middle unit, there was a mouse that was loose in the common space which made sleeping on the trundle bed unpleasant. The smell in the middle unit was also very musty. The A/C was a bit difficult to set/understand due to not having central air. The windows in the unit with the king bed were horrible - attempted to open but very old. The backyard was great for a large group and we utilized this for much of the time to avoid smell/mouse/AC. I contacted the host about garbage bags but there were only 1 extra garbage bags in each trash, so cleaning up was a bit difficult. Overall, it was an accommodating space for a larger group for the price.

So glad you had a pleasant stay. We wish you had contacted us during your visit about any of these concerns. We would have sent someone over immediately. We do have routine monthly pest control to prevent this and will make sure the mouse has been removed. We will let the cleaners know they missed extra garbage bags. Would have been happy to run more over during your stay had you called. Two of three units at the beach house have central air with their own thermostats. The third unit has a brand new highly functional split unit. There’s never been mention of any smells and we change the filters routinely. We appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again sometime.
