Newly Renovated Cocoa Home

Conveniently located right off of SR-524. Enjoy this furnished 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 story townhouse including high speed WiFi, Keurig coffee maker, Roku TV and all the basic amenities included for your stay! This house is minutes away from shopping plazas, restaurants and 15 minutes from the closest beach!

For stays 30 days or more, we will offer a complimentary cleaning every 2 or 4 weeks, whichever you choose. We will coordinate a day and time for when the cleaning will take place.

Currently on and motion recording. We are pet friendly however, certain size and breed restrictions apply. Must be approved by host and fee paid. We ask to keep pets off the furniture and bedding. Please pick up pet waste. Must be leashed on the property and crated if leaving alone.

Fabulous Oasis

This is a cozy, welcoming comfortable place to stay. Clean, modern, large bathrooms, comfortable beds. Loved the extras.. the Keuric coffee pods, creamer and the lovely shamppoos, conditioner, lotions...fluffy white towels. Really enjoed our stay!

The property location is close to grocery stores and the freeway. Only 15+ mins to Cocoa Beach. The neighborhood was quiet. Great property for our family.

Nice home base for a family fishing trip.

My family came down to Florida for a "guys" fishing trip. The location was convenient and the place was nice and clean. The beds were not the greatest on first test, but everyone slept well, so they were good enough. Overall, the stay was great and we got to watch an alligator float around in the pond out back for a while too, so that was a bonus!

Great Home Base for Baseball Families

The property is comfortable, homey, and had everything our baseball family needed for the week. We were visiting from the Southwest for a USSSA tournament. The house was easy to access from the highway, only a 15 minute drive to the Space Coast Complex, minutes away from the grocery store, about 20 minutes away from the beaches and Cape Canaveral. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook meals for the week, all the appliances were in top working order, the air conditioning was cold and reliable, the neighbors were friendly, and there was just enough space for 3 adults, and two rambunctious baseball players. The owners were prompt with communications, accessing the house upon arrival was very easy. We had a wonderful stay.

While the downstairs was renovated some time ago, the entire upstairs was not. The garage did not have enough room to park a relatively small car. Roku TV did not work, but they did get maid service in the next morning to reboot and make work. Which was annoying.
