PRIVATE BEACH FRONT location with sweeping views of Cape Cod Bay from Plymouth to P-Town. Sunsets are truly unforgettable & lets not forget the long walks on the beach. The MAIN HOUSE is a 3 bedroom 2 bath with a separate fully equipped Guest House with kitchen, bath & bed area. The GUEST HOUSE just equipped this year with "real" air-conditioning! It has s separate full kitchen and bath and one Queen Bed. All rooms have ROKU INTERNET TV. Kitchen in the main house with all appliances and granite counter tops is open to the living and dinning area. New beds in all bedrooms. 2 bathrooms, Master Bedroom and guest bedrooms and kitchen re done over the winter 22-23.

This house has been our family summer home since the 1940's when my parents built parts of this property. Over the past 20 years, we have updated almost every part of the house and think that between the amenities and the location, it is unique and special. Mayflower Beach is about 3/4 mile west, and Corporation beach is about 1 mile east. You can walk for about 3 miles un-interrupted if you choose. Ours is a private beach, and one of the few single family homes for rent in Dennis on a real PRIVATE beach. GOOGLEMAP 116 SHORE DRIVE DENNIS 02638

Why they chose this property

Location Location and Location! This location is just awesome! My parents chose this location in the Mid 1940's and I summered here all my life as have my children and my grandchildren. The majority of homes on the Bay are new mansions but we love our beach house which is filled with wodnerful memories.

What makes this property unique

You can count on your hands the number of single family homes along the part of the beach that is truly a PRIVATE beach. The views, the beach, and the amenities we have added make this property extreemly unique. Many of our guests come every year and we encouarge returnign guests to consider this "their beach house".
