• 2nd Bedroom: 1 Queen bed upstairs
• 3rd Bedroom: 1 Queen bed on the first floor
• Bathrooms: 2 Bathrooms with a tub/shower combo, toiletries (shampoo, body wash, towels, etc.)
• Living area: Fireplace (gas/electric), flat-screen TV with streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Crave

• Complimentary outdoor parking is available in the long shared driveway with room for 2 cars for this property.
• Please note: Cars should not block the driveway or the view for the neighbors.
• Please don't park facing the dunes - instead, please park facing the backyard/house (pull in and turn right).
• An EV charger is available on-site; please bring your own charging cable.

• Notes:
• The fireplace downstairs is out of service until further notice. Please use the fireplace upstairs instead.
• A Pack 'n Play may be available upon request. Let us know if interested!
• Storage room on the far side of the property, left of the outdoor shower, contains beach items (chairs, cooler, lawn games).
• Renters need to log into their streaming accounts; adding new apps is allowed. Cable TV is not available.
• There is an old motion sensor in the living area; it's inactive.
• The attic and utility room are locked and off-limits to renters.
