No parties or events. No noise past 10:30 pm.
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE GUEST HOUSE (if need to smoke, only outside the guest house.) a $200 fee will be charge if smoked inside.

Perfect for One Person

Single female stayed here for 3 weeks. Property is very cozy, host is very accommodating and easy to work with. Cute neighborhood, felt very safe.

Comfy, quiet and cozy

This little gem is a nice home away from home. 20 minutes from downtown Dallas, but close to all the shops and restaurants you’d want. I was concerned about security, but when I got there and saw it, there was never a single worry. Lorena is an exceptional host. I will be back. Highly recommend!

The guest house is well kept and kitchen is well stocked. There is a nice patio and garden/yard area included for use (along with an outdoor grill). You are also able to park your car inside a gated driveway right next to the unit, which was convenient. It was centrally located in a bit older area of Dallas, but was a very safe neighborhood. The host was great and kept lines of communication open. Would definitely recommend and stay again if ever back in the area.
