Enjoy spectacular sunsets, a sweeping golf course view, and a colorful mountain backdrop from this comfortably furnished single-level patio home. This spacious home easily sleeps four and has a spacious primary suite with a king bed and a guest bedroom with a queen bed. The formal living and dining room features handmade Mexican pavers, soaring ceilings, a fireplace, views of the golf course, and tons of natural light throughout the day. Adjacent to the formal dining area is an atrium planted with a desert scene of cacti and succulents. A dine-in kitchen is well-equipped and opens to the patio overlooking the course. The primary bedroom suite has a luxurious king bed, walk-in closet, and attached bathroom with double sinks and a shower. The second bedroom has direct access to the hall bathroom, dual sinks, and a shower/tub combo. The den has an oversized desk with direct internet access, a comfy couch, and a small reading library stocked with books. Enjoy relaxing, entertaining, or stargazing on the patio. Monterey Country Club is a premier club in Palm Desert, with dining options available in to our guests. Close to the coveted El Paseo shopping and dining district!!

Great communication with the host, Michelle. Nice property, as advertised. Great location. Great view of the golf course. I have wanted for years a home by a green on a golf course and this property fulfilled that dream. A nice community pool with a hot tub is only approximately 50 yards away for a nice swim, swimming laps or getting in the hot tub.

Great location, great owners, choose this and you’re done!

The property is great. Central in Rancho Mirage. Dealing with the gate is a lot easier than in a lot of places. The kitchen is well equipped and the showers have excellent water pressure.
