My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate our 20th anniversary and it was perfect. From the cozy “suite” to the relaxing hot tub, everything was fantastic. Shawn was super responsive and helpful. We enjoyed dinner and a brunch in Laconia which was only about 12 minutes. Overall it was all we hoped for.

Great Place to stay!

This was a perfect for our annual family vacation. A nice quiet neighborhood! A perfect location to other family in the Gilford area. This property perfectly suited what we needed in terms of bedrooms and space. The cabin was very clean so we felt very comfortable here. The AC worked well and was nice to have. The game room, hot tub and fire pit were great added amenities. The hosts Shaun & Dolly were fantastic to work with. Clear communication and easy check in. We enjoyed it so much we booked for next year.

Lake and show stay

We loved the location of this home. It was near the bank of NH pavilion and very close to the lake! There was plenty of space and the property manager was very responsive. Would recommend

Great property

We had a great time staying at this property. The place was well kept and had plenty of activities for all ages. The check in and out process was seamless. Hot tub was larger than appears in pictures and well taken care of. 5 min ride to all the activities of the lake. We look forward to staying at this property again

great but little things

My wife and enjoyed hosting our two sons and their families of two children each. There is more than enough room. There are many things for us to do on the property or nearby. My only suggestions are replacing the worthless blue cushions on the porch and all pillows in the house. Quality pillows equals a good night's sleep. These weren't quality. Either provides complimentary toiletries or advises customers to bring their own soap, shampoo, etc. Help explain the EIGHT! Remotes for the many TV's. And explain how to access the primary home page of the TV channels.
