Stunning views of Lake Winnipesaukee, as well as Becky's Garden and Beaver Island abound at waterfront Property #517. This spacious five-bedroom, four-bath home has floor-to-ceiling windows, and is oriented southwest; ideal for ending warm summer days with views of the Belknap Mountains at sunset. The home rests on 100' of sandy shoreline and offers abundant outdoor space which includes a 40' boat dock, fire-pit and an expansive deck. Enjoy kayaking, paddle-boarding and swimming in the pristine water, as well as proximity to Center Harbor. Fantastic hiking, skiing, fishing, biking, snowmobiling and other entertainment nearby.

The open plan of the main floor makes it the perfect place for gathering with family and friends. Vaulted ceilings and an abundance of windows provide brilliant light, as well as spectacular lake panoramas. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for a crowd, and comes replete with stainless-steel appliances, as well as a breakfast bar with seating for three. The dining area can comfortably accommodate eight guests. The main floor living area has ample seating for eight and features a flat-screen TV and a slider which opens onto a deck with outdoor furniture and gas grill.

Guests can retire for the evening in one of five bedrooms. There is a queen-sized bedroom on the main floor. The king-sized master is on the upper-level and features a four-poster bed, an en-suite bathroom and a flat screen TV. A second bedroom with two-twin beds and one full is also on this level, along with a 3/4 bathroom. The lower level offers a queen-sized accommodation and a 3/4 bath. The home's loft has three twin sized pull-out sofas, should there be a need for additional sleeping space.
*For your convenience, this home is equipped with a washer and dryer.

This was a wonderful waterfront property for the whole family. Great location just behind Black Cat Island with a great dock, beach and fire pit. The house was clean and the agent was very attentive without intruding. A terrific vacation!

Wonderful Water and Great Space

From 9 to 80 years old, everyone enjoyed the house. Lots of space—both indoors and out— for people to spread out and enjoy the views and water. The water was clear with a sandy bottom. The game room was a hit with all ages. Great holiday.

Breathtaking views with fun for all

My extended family and some friends enjoyed our second visit to this gem! Location is great for a short trip on a the boat to Center harbor and Meredith for ice-cream! Property is well maintained and easy to dock our boat. Water skiing, tubing and playing family games in the evenings made for a wonderful week at the lake. We already booked next year!

Beautiful views

My extended family and I enjoyed a week here. We rented a 25 ft boat in Meredith that fit perfectly on the dock. Lots of amenities included that enhanced our stay. Beach towels, personalized toiletry packs, lots of sitting room for our guests and an extra large refrigerator that suited us well. The lake view is amazing!!! Our days of rainy weather were spent enjoying the game room.

Awesome Week!

Our family had a great time at 17 Grassy Pond. The location on the lake near Center Harbor was ideal. The house itself was vey clean and very well stocked with towels/beach towels/linens/paper goods/cleaning supplies etc. The deck and dock was where we spent most of the week. Also, the bonus room above the garage was perfect for kids (we had 5 ages 4 - 8). Would definitely rent here again.

Views are Amazing

Views of the lake are incredible and the location on the lake is great. Lots of water toys and space to spread out, great for a big family. Unfortunately I can’t give 5 stars due to the house not being clean, the kitchen wasn’t clean, stove was very dirty, food left in the oven, had to clean the counters, master bath looked like it was forgotten about, dirty towels and empty Kleenex box. Hopefully that isn’t the case always…

It was difficult to find things. We finally found the instruction booklet in a drawer in the kitchen area. The Instructions didn’t say what to do with trash. If Loren hadn’t stopped by we never would have known to use the dumpster across the street. Also, the booklet hasn’t been updated since COVID.

A/C in only 2 of 5 bedrooms and in main living area. Extremely hot week made it very difficult to sleep in 80 degree plus rooms. Great location and home that could be much better if cleaned up and fully air conditioned.

Lovely lakefront house

House was as beautiful as depicted by the pictures - spacious, clean interior with beautiful wood floors and lots of space to spread out a family. Especially enjoyed the open loft area for reading and beautiful lake views. We rented a boat and brought kayaks but property also had kayaks and a paddle board making it easy for all to get out on the lake together. Great location for a short paddle to Becky’s Garden (also good fishing spot) and under Black Cat Island bridge for exploring that side of the lake. Nice, quiet neighborhood and overall great rental for a multi-generational family with lots of space to spread out and bedrooms on main floor for older folks. Kitchen adequately stocked and plenty of space to eat indoors or outside on expansive deck. Nicely landscaped backyard and we enjoyed jumping off and swimming right around the dock all week! Highly recommend this property if you want a perfect week on the lake.

Fantastic week at the Lake!

Wonderful clean property with plenty of bedroom and gathering space! Game room with pool table was great for rainy days. Beautiful views of the lake from the large deck with kayaks and floats to use. Quick responses from property manager who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely rent this property again!

End of Summer Stay

We had a great week at this home. The 13 of us fit comfortably. The views were beautiful. The water was deep off the dock. The lakeside fire pit made for relaxing, star gazing evenings. We felt secluded but were within minutes of shopping and eating.

Awesome Lake Spot

This was a great property. Great location on lake. Everyday we took long walks along Black Cat Island and surrounding areas. The house had great open spaces and game room which made it great for family fun. Large deck was great to socialize as well as watch family enjoying the lake. We hope to rent this house next summer or maybe even in the winter for a family ski vacation. Property manager was great to deal with.

Another Wonderful Stay

Once again, another great weeklong stay at this little slice of heaven. The house, property, games, kayaks, etc. all make for great views, swimming, campfires and plenty of entertainment. There's not much reason to leave the house, but a good idea to visit the Moulton Market/Cider Bellies and The Cup and Crumb for a good morning start. Excellent communications with the property manager, Loren, if needed.

Great Home and Location!

This property is a great location on the lake. The home is great for a family gathering and served us well the week were there. The property manager - Loren- was very attentive and always available whenever we had a question. Outdoor deck is perfect for star gazing at night and where we ate every meal.....rarely did anyone sit inside except for maybe to watch a sporting event -otherwise people were either kayaking, using the paddle board, or on the boat (which we rented- not with the house rental). The only recommendation that I gave to Loren was maybe a chaise lounge or two - I found myself wanting to be down by the water but no where to relax. Oh and they also have an area for a fire down by the lake. The nephews (16 and 21) loved having the basement with pool table and air hockey table. Like I said there is something for everyone at this house.

Wonderful Property

The house is open, spacious, updated and full of games and amenities with several places to entertain or hide as need be... but the star is the property. Amazing views from the house deck as well as sitting areas on the water by the dock as well as the fire pit. Easy enough to jump off the dock into crystal clear water with a sandy bottom or take out one of the kayaks made available. Great location with a 10 minute drive to anything you might need and the hosts are responsive if you need them. If you can't figure out how to relax and enjoy yourself here, the problem likely lies with you....
