Welcome to Casa De Playa, an exclusive 11-bedroom beachfront estate located inside the world-class Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. This luxury Caribbean villa offers a fully private beach, full professional staff, 16,500 square feet of indoor-outdoor living, and unforgettable oceanfront views from every level.

The base nightly rate includes up to 12 guests. Maximum capacity is 24 guests. Each additional guest is $100 USD per person per night.

LOCATION

Casa De Playa sits directly on the Caribbean Sea inside Cap Cana, a secure, gated luxury community with 24-hour entrance control, pristine beaches, and some of the finest resort amenities in the Dominican Republic.

Guests have access (fees may apply) to:

• Juanillo Beach

• Api Beach Club at the marina

• Punta Espada golf course (Jack Nicklaus Signature)

• Golden Bear tennis & paddle center

• Los Establos equestrian & polo center

• Scape Park adventure park

• Marina with restaurants, bars & shops

Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is just 10–15 minutes away (8 km). Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is approximately 3 hours by car.

Golf carts are not included, but we can arrange rentals for $60 USD per cart per day.

Cap Cana Paradise

From the beginning of our stay to the end was nothing but pure excellence. Sergio, Eric, Ramon, and the rest of the attending staff was the best. Villa Luxor was 20 on a scale of 1-10. Our group of 20 did not want to leave. If your lucky one day, you too will have the opportunity to vacation at Villa Luxor

Simply Amazing. My only complaint is that I cannot leave more than 5 stars for our stay here! I booked this beautiful villa for my wife's 40th birthday celebration with a large group of friends. The house was even more amazing than advertised, the food and service were A, and the staff was top notch. Sergio, the villa manager, made sure everything planned went off without a hitch. I cannot say enough how wonderful and special the experience was. Highly recommended!

We booked this house and it did not disappoint. Sergio, Eric & rest of staff took tremendous care of us. House was gorgeous, clean and exactly as advertised. Chef and maids were also amazing. The pool and beach set up is over the top gorgeous. Highly highly recommend this house.

Simply paradise

This place is amazing, and the staff is even better. It’s just a piece of paradise and an extremely special place. The house is more or less designed for big groups going on vacation. All the bedrooms are huge. They were able to handle every request I had from food to finding a band to play at the house on the beach to great dinner recommendations.

Beautiful House in a perfect area

The house was amazing. Every room has its own bathroom and the 2 owners suites are very spacious with huge balconies. The staff was superb especially the manager Sergio, Eric and the chef. The beachfront is not so much a beach as it’s more an entry point to what I found out later was a lake next to the ocean. Despite that it was a nice touch and has ample space for water activities. The A/C units worked well, maybe a little too well lol, as the rooms were ice cold if you had the temperature set low enough. Even with 21 guest the house was big enough where you didn’t feel cramped at all. It was a great rental and would definitely book again.

Our stay at Villa Luxor was absolutely amazing! The villa provided an ample amount of space, giving us the ultimate feeling of luxury and comfort. The private beach was a true paradise, offering a tranquil and exclusive experience. Ipolito's culinary skills delighted us with each delicious meal, making dining a delightful experience. The game room, spa, and fitness facilities were excellent additions that kept us entertained and relaxed throughout our stay. The management and staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Moreover, the villa was exceptionally clean, ensuring a hygienic and pleasant environment. Excellent, Getaway⛱

I wanted to take a moment to express how amazing our recent trip was to Cap Cana. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the staff went above and beyond to cater to our every need. I must commend the house manager, Sergio, for ensuring that all our party requests were met promptly and accurately. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous and spacious, providing us with a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our trip was exploring Cap Cana on the golf carts we rented - truly a memorable experience. I also wanted to extend our appreciation to Eric, who was incredibly attentive and hands-on with us throughout our stay. Thank you once again for providing us with a wonderful experience. Stunning beach villa

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the stunning beach villa, and it was an absolute dream come true. The concierge's exceptional assistance in arranging our excursions made our vacation truly hassle-free. I can't say enough about Ipolito's culinary talents – his delectable creations were a highlight of the trip. The private beach was our own piece of paradise, offering tranquility and relaxation. It's worth mentioning that some of the girls indulged in rejuvenating spa treatments, while I made great use of the well-equipped gym room. Venturing beyond the villa, exploring the Cap Cana center, and being mesmerized by the stunning marina was an extra treat that enhanced our vacation. This villa truly catered to every aspect of our getaway, and I can't wait to relive this experience.

Perfect Vacation

I book through VRBO quite a bit. It’s not always as advertised. This house and staff exceeded our expectations. I was a bit concerned that the house had a new owner after I made my reservation. The owner and manager went above and beyond to assure me that what I agreed to would be honored and it was.Sergio, the manager, was always available. Chef and the bartender felt like family when we left as did Sergio. They organized massages and bikes to be at the house, excursions off property and it was all exceptional.We were a family of 20 ranging with children from 23 months to 17 years old and there was always something for them to do. I didn’t see any of my grandchildren using their electronics and it warmed my heart. I could go on and on. You won’t regret staying at this house.

Very Nice Property

I recently stayed at Villa Luxor at Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic with my family, and while the property itself was very nice and located in a beautiful area, our experience was marred by the poor service we received. The staff, unfortunately, did not meet our expectations. Throughout our stay, we found the staff to be unhelpful and inattentive to our needs, which significantly impacted our overall enjoyment. It's a shame because the location and amenities had great potential, but the lack of proper service overshadowed these positives. I hope the management can address these issues to improve future guests' experiences.

If I could give more stars I would

We had the absolute best time staying at the Villa. I'll break it down into a few parts: 1) Staff: The staff at the Villa is amazing. Before we even stepped foot onto the property, Stefan helped us with any and everything we needed. He was there to take our calls and help make planning this trip less stressful. He was so helpful and wonderful when it came to our many questions for the trip. He was easy to get in touch with both before and during the trip no matter the hour. Any question or issue that arose he handled it promptly and professionally. Alberto (the butler, bartender, our bff) was also amazing. Anything we needed while at the Villa he made sure we got. Traveling with 20 people is not the easiest, but I would do it again in a heartbeat with this Villa and team. The food was so wonderful, the chef was so great. He always made sure that we were well fed, with delicious and fresh food. 2) The Property: The Villa itself was beautiful, with amazing stone finishes both inside and outside. All 12 rooms have KING beds, and are HUGE. I seriously have never seen a house with this many large rooms and bathrooms. Everyone had space. Having access to a beach without leaving the house was also such a treat. We loved the house so much we opted to doing less things outside the house so we could stay there more. I've stayed at VRBOs and other house rental type situations, and never have the pictures on a website so accurately matched the actual location.

Villa Luxor

We just left the Villa Luxor last Saturday. Let me start by saying this is a new property that is under new management recently and they are still getting some kinks worked out. Also, the description on VRBO and other sites is slightly off. When we arrived we asked about the golf carts that were supposed to be available. We were told they knew nothing about golf carts… and that’s where I will start this review. The property manager called owner in 30 seconds and they delivered a 6 person beautiful golf cart the next morning at no additional charge. From there on I can only describe our experience as out of this world. The Villa is absolutely gorgeous and every room in a king bed suite. The pool is awesome but we spent most of our time floating and drinking on the private beach. The property sits in a lagoon so you see the water crashing but you’re not getting pummeled by waves. We opted for the all inclusive package for $100 dollars per person a day. This included 3 meals a day and all the liquor and mixers we could drink. Wine and beer was not included. We bought our own wine at an excellent wine store 15 minutes away. The meals were such a pleasant surprise to all 18 of us. They were definitely serve on “Island Time” and different times of the day but it’s hard to wrangle 18 people in at the same time. Chef Hipolito amazed us with first class meals everyday. He cooked a pasta night that everyone raved about!!
