SKI IN/OUT-WALK TO NORTHSTAR VILLAGE 2 BEDROOM+LOFT


This condo has the flexibility within a 5 minute walk to get you to the ski trails that take you to both Village Gondola's and chair lift. Ski in is even easier!!! Take the Coyote Run off Home Run to finish up across the street from the condo. This assumes sufficient snow coverage. The Village is a 5 minute walk along a dedicated lighted path. Two Parking Passes are included with each rental.
This non-smoking unit has completely been remodeled. The kitchen includes an island, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, dual Keurig coffee maker & toaster. It has been fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. The open design of the kitchen leads to the living area that includes a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV with Spectrum Streaming, comfortable leather seating and dining for six. Adjacent to the living area is a balcony. The unit includes wireless 500 Mbps internet for your virtual requirements.

The bathroom has been remodeled in tile, and features a large shower stall. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed, Streaming TV, a dresser, large closet with an iron and ironing board. A narrow staircase leads to the 2nd floor loft and separate bedroom. The loft has a bunk bed, a large TV w/o cable service but with DVD, VHS player, Game Cube with games, movies and board games. The upstairs bedroom includes 2 twin beds, ceiling fan and Spectrum Streaming TV.

No Ski Leases are Available.

NORTHSTAR RECREATION CENTER
This unit includes access to the Northstar Property Owner Association for a $10 fee per person. It includes:

Overall solid experience. Convenient to Northstar Village and we appreciated the access to the condo rec center. The condo was roomy for our family of four. It was well-stocked and overall clean. The building requires navigating some steeps stairwells. It feels like you are up in the trees when on the balcony.

We had a great summer stay here. Beds and linens are really comfortable and soft and the kitchen is well set up for cooking. The kids loved the loft and the “skinny stairs” Easy access to the lake (12 mins from KB) and lots of fun stuff to do. Rent bikes or giant paddle boards from Wes at All Around Tahoe!! Sunsets at Sand Harbor and Donner Pass not to be missed.

We had an awesome stay! Really close to the trails, lifts and village. Property is great, we had fun with the board games and the kitchen was very convenient. The owner is super responsive, we would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful Mountain Escape

We took our 4 year old daughter for an early summer getaway in the mountains. The condo is very clean, cozy, and quiet, just as described with a very comfortable queen mattress. This was the perfect location with a short walk to the village. The host was very quick to respond, gave helpful information, and was flexible in letting us check out a little late when my daughter slept in later than usual. We’ll be happy to stay here again!

We had a great time and the condo was the perfect size and setup. The kids had places to go to get away when they needed to and we were able to spend quality time together. The snow was not great but this is very close to all activities. Wonderful home away from home.

The condo was somewhat small, but very nice. Great location in the Northstar Village, which is like a scene from a Hallmark movie. It's a few minutes away from the action of the lake, so if you're looking to stay someplace across on the main strip of the lake, you'd need to pick another place. But, it's a short drive (15 minutes to the lake) and the seclusion and the overall Northstar Village atmosphere is awesome. Working with the host was very easy and everything went as promised. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Northstar getaway

This is the second time we stayed in this cabin for our Northstar ski vacation. This time, my teenager wanted to invite some friends. The cabin's set up with bunk bed and twin beds is ideal for a large group. The owner is very responsive and the location is super convenient!!

Perfect for families

This was a great property! My kids loved the game machine and the bunk beds. The kitchen was so well stocked and had everything we needed to have homemade meals. It was an easy walk or very short drive to the Rec center. We will definitely stay at this property again.
