The condo is fully stocked with essentials and ready to enjoy, including, Washer and Dryer, Microwave, dishwasher, and fireplace, and other small kitchen appliances, induction range, Internet access at the condo, cable tv with Showtime and HBO included. One bedroom has a king-size bed, one room has a queen, one room has two twin beds, large sofa.

Ski weekend

We had a fantastic five-night stay at Paul’s place. The home was in great shape — clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.We especially loved the push-button gas fireplace, which made the space feel incredibly cozy after long days in the mountains. The smart TV and comfortable couch were perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and the linens, bath amenities, and laundry facilities were all high quality and convenient.We were lucky enough to score unbelievable powder during our stay, and the location made everything easy. Parking was simple and convenient, and being right next to the shuttle was a huge bonus — it made getting to and from the mountain seamless.Everything felt thoughtfully set up for guests. We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great house, bring supplies

This house was great for our little family weekend get together. The location to NorthStar and it's amenities is wonderful. We stayed in July so the rec center was open and lots of activities. Bring kitchen supplies if you plan on cooking meals. The owner is really responsive. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect size for 4 adults and 3 kids. The location was really convenient and great to be able to hop on the shuttle to Northstar Village and catch the ski lift from there or walk around. The kitchen could use a deep clean to get rid of the dust and cobwebs. Other than that, it was enjoyable.

Great cozy condo in great location. Would definitely stay again. Northstar Village provides shuttles to and from the village with an easy app request. Made getting to and from the village effortless.

Spacious condo

We had a large group and everyone had room. A child enjoyed a loft bed too. Northstar resort is not very close to Lake Tahoe but it is drivable. Upon arrival the condo needed airing out and some of the windows would not open and some were missing screens. However when we figured out, with the owner's assistance, how to open the high windows the condo aired out well. The laundry facilities in the unit were good. One night there was a bear at the dumpster but that is quite common in Tahoe and people should just be bear-aware. The Northstar HOA runs a good arcade/gym/pool/snack shop near the condo and the fees were very modest to enter the facility with the passes the owner provides.

There was a lot of sleeping space, but the place was not very clean and the beds were uncomfortable.

Although there was a lot of sleeping space, the place was dingy, there were spiders and webs in the sinks, and all over the place as though it had been a while since anyone had cleaned. The king and queen beds were soooooo uncomfortable and old. I think with a little updating and a good cleaning it would be a nice rental.

Great location property

Had a nice stay. Great location as it is right at Northstar. Plenty of parking at front. 3 decent rooms. 1 with king size bed, 1 with a queen and the other with 2 twin beds - this would have been better if they had a bunkbed and a queen bed since the room is big enough so that we don't have to utilize the sofa bed and the loft and have full access to the living space all the time and not wake people up. The loft bed is steep climb and slightly dusty up there. The bathrooms has been updated which is nice. Plenty of linens and towels. Great overall stay for 7 adults and 3 kids. Owner is very responsive.

Great condo, very close to the slopes!

We were three couples and had a nice stay this past week-end. It was so close to the slopes! Paul was very accommodating when we asked him whether we could stay a little longer on Sunday as the highway was closed due to the snow. We'd be happy to stay there again in the future!

Convenient and cozy

The house is warm and cozy and fun for kids with the crows nest above the kitchen. Within the North Star resort so easy to get to the slopes. We also enjoyed walking on the trail though the woods that begins near the property.

Great location

This condo has a gorgeous view of the mountains. There were seven of us and there was plenty of room. The shuttles picked up almost right in front of the door. It snowed the day we got there so it was beautiful the entire time we were there. Very quiet street never heard any noise.
