Close to Beach. Fun for Families

3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 1/2 Streets to the beach. Walk to Hyannis Center, shops, restaurants, carousel, miniature golf, fishing boats & ferries to Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket, Kennedy Memorial. Drive to golf, Melody Tent, movies and mall. Air Conditioning, pool table, air hockey/ping pong,fussball, high chair, porta-crib, toddler bed,double little tykes wagon and beach chairs, toys, movies, books for all ages. Gas grill, outside 'after-beach' shower, good yard for children, washer/dryer, linens included, dishwasher, telephone, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes/utensils provided, Cable TVs, VCR, DVD players , WIFI.
Cleaning people on Sat.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS, PLEASE.


Amenities: Outside:
Gas Grille, Adirondack furniture, large picnic table and umbrella nice brick patio, tether ball, badminton / volleyball in nice yard, little tykes climbing structure, kiddie pool, Outdoor shower. Includes beach pass to 11 Barnstable beaches.

Basement:
Washer and dryer, pool table converts to ping pong and air hockey, foosball, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, boom box for the beach, children's toys, wagon for two, books, includes all paper products, laundry detergent, soap and baby shampoo.

House:
Air Conditioning, TV and VCR in every room. Porta-crib and high chair. Everything you might think of needing in the kitchen.

bathroom upstairs 1 downstairs. Upstairs large room with Juliet balcony, Queen poster bed and trundle. 2 Bedrooms on 1st floor - one with twin beds, one with a Queen bed.
Cleaning people come on Saturday.

Great stay at the Cape!

This house has everything and anything could could want with kids! The hostess made it so convenient with having house hold items on hand. We found the kids a little under the weather and didn't have to run out for extra laundry detergent! The hostess is exceptional! Thanks for the wonderful week!

All good. Traditional Cape style home complemented by contemporary addition - great “great” room with large table for family dinners, games, jigsaw puzzles, etc. Skylights and seating area finish off the room, making it a Good spot for family gatherings. List of host supplied items is too long for review. Leave your beach stuff, kids’ toys, etc. at home. It’s there. Fenced in yard in quiet, almost traffic free neighborhood with play area for children.A/C throughout, good tv’s with premium services. Host very responsive and helpful prior to arrival and thru stay.

Wonderful stay!

We had a lovely vacation! This was hands down the best house we have stayed at as it had EVERYTHING we needed! The kids loved playing in the backyard, playing with all toys and watching movies! And it was such a quick walk to the beach too! Very peaceful and relaxing!
