This was the perfect spot for our group. It is right on the beach. Just steps away from the deck and your toes are in the sand. It is adequately stocked and very comfy.

Upon arrival unit seemed to have not been cleaned recently …ice maker was broken and Adirondack chairs on the primary bedroom were broken… Also the entire stay we were unable to use the TV due to not having access to the owner‘s Samsung account… Unit was in need of some minor repairs due to the being an older property… We experienced problems with bugs and rusted and unusable beach chairs, and equipment that were outside on the patio area…. Bob from Sunspot Realty did return our call but may know accommodations for our lack of TV use… However, he did bring a new icemaker to be installed four days into our stay which never worked properly… We have been coming to PCB for over 20 years and I have never had an issue as I did with this rental… Not sure I would have posted this negative review if some type of compensation have been made for all the issues that we had…

Nicki, We did everything we could to accommodate your requests including hand delivering a blender to your property when only one setting was working. You stayed in the unit for most of your stay before ever reaching out about the tv. We are not in the business of buying reviews through refunds especially when we work to communicate and resolve any issues that may arise.

Spring Break

Great location, right on the beach. Property was clean and check-in was easy. The ONLY issue was the fire alarm went off every time we used the toaster in the morning, even on the lowest setting.

Great property!

Del Sol is a great property in a great location close to Pier Park, but far enough that the beach was not crowded at all! Recently renovated, so everything was clean and like new! Loved the very large deck and walkout direct access to beach! Perfect for families with young children! Highly recommend!

The location was exactly what I wanted. Close to the sites of PCB but away from the crazy! My kids and I had an amazing time. LOVE being able to walk off that gorgeous deck right to the beach!! Beds comfy. Very clean.

Walk out the back door and your on the beach!!

The best thing about this property is it's right on the beach what a treat that was! Not crowded with a lot of people we absolutely will rent this property again! Also very important, management with Sun Spot Realty was awesome and very attentive to questions we had. Can't wait till next year!

Rooms were clean. The master bedroom is hot even with the AC on 68 not sure why. The convience of being directly on the beach is great! Backyard deck is a nice size. The chairs that they provide are either broken or rusty so bring your own for the beach. I do wish they had a BBQ grill. You are right on top of the houses to the right & left so be aware of that. There is a hose to rinse off your feet, chairs etc. which is good to have. Location was near restaurants etc. Communication was AThey allowed us to check in early which was great! I’d definitely stay here again.

Nice view, but pricey for the condition of the place

The view and location on the beach were definitely among the main drivers to overpay for this stay. The other reason was being able to bring my dog with me. The whole row of condos are dog friendly, and everyone had large dogs with them which was great. However the condo was very very dated. I appreciated the clean showers, the clean white linens and towels, but the cleanliness of the kitchen and dishes could certainly be better. A lot of furniture, doors and appliances were very dated. We also had a mouse or rat in the kitchen due to how old this place was that we noticed towards the end of our stay. It hid behind the dishwasher, thankfully with the dog it didn't really want to come out. Only at night when no one was using the kitchen. Other than that, the wifi and TV apps were great. The view was fantastic, so if you are not a neat ocd person, the place is nice family/friend vacation gig with amazing guld views and sunsets every night.

Great location especially with a toddler! We almost bought a dustpan for the place to help keep up with the sand, but we never got around to it. The ice maker on the fridge also gave out. There were a few minor issues, but nothing too big. Would definitely be open to booking again. Our last day we experienced paranormal activity in the morning one of the kitchen cabinets slammed open and hit the fridge when no one was in the kitchen. Then a shadow was seen in one of the rooms upstairs.
