This uniquely designed mountain home offers everything you are looking for in a vacation get away. You will be so comfortable in the home. Large enough for the whole group. Easy commute to the slopes and all that the area has to offer. Views of the slopes, game room with bar area, game tables, and TV, hot tub, five bedrooms and so much more! Enjoy sitting by the fireplace or soaking in the hot tub after a long day on the slopes, make a home cooked meal in the gourmet kitchen or dine out at one of the many restaurants within a mile of the property! The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking. Remember we are in the mountains of Maine and the snow we hope for all year can make travel more difficult. We recommend all or 4 wheel drive in the winter season. The roads and driveway are professionally maintained but guests may find travel difficult without it.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Nice property with convenient location to Sunday River

Nice home, very convenient to Sunday River. House is well stocked and the hot tub was a hit with our group that included 3 families and 6 children ages 5-8. There were a few minor issues that arose during our stay, but overall found the host to be responsive and helpful.

Beautiful!!!!

We had family and friends staying for a ski weekend and the house was perfect! 6 adults and 5 children and we had plenty of space and the house is gorgeous with the most incredible view of Sunday River! We were so close to the mountain which made the drive to and from a breeze!

Beautiful views

The house was gorgeous and spacious. The view (from the floor to ceiling windows) of the mountains was amazing. Great kitchen, deck, and hot tub. We had 3 generations of family, and everyone had a wonderful time.

Beautiful stay!

We had such an incredible stay! Beautiful views and the house is clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend it for a small gathering like we had. The only bummer was the hot tub was like half broken and kinda questionable looking. But other than that, Beautiful property and views, clean, well decorated, plenty of space. Just a wonderful wonderful stay.

Holiday Ski Weekend

The house was great. 16 people stayed. We enjoyed the common space playing games and cooking and meals together. So close to Sunday River for the skiers in the group. The hot tub was a big hit. Great views of the mountain. We even watched the NYE fireworks from the house. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for extended family weekend

House was exactly as described, check in very easy and house was very well stocked with spices, housewares, cookware and entertainment. Only minor, very minor, was communication via email normally took 24 hours for a reply, but there was a number to call if we ever needed immediate help.

The exhaust fans in the bathrooms and the return a/c grills were caked in dust and we had to try to clean them the best we could ourselves. Several in our family have allergies. Nobody suffered greatly but future attention would be a great idea. Clarity on the firepit in the advertisement could have been better. We were presuming a wood burning fire pit for Hot dogs and marshmallows and found a gas flame more for warmth than cooking. Overall, ok condition and experience.

wonderful headquarters for family gathering

This ski house is also a great off-season location where we gathered three generations of our family (fifteen total) from FL, MN, and CA for a beautiful week in the mountains of Maine. The views of the slopes and the sunsets are spectacular. The living space is open with almost all glass facing to the southwest for lots of daylight. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we made good use of the grill and the deck. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the lower level with the game tables, couches, and bunk beds was tremendous for the kids. We were delighted to call this home for a week in June!

Cozy Mountain Cabin with Stunning Views

The view of the Sunday River ski slopes is absolutely stunning, and it’s only about an 8-minute drive there, which is a fantastic location for skiing. The house is very cozy, perfect for our big family. The two gas fireplaces—one inside and one outside—created a warm atmosphere. Our kids had a blast in the basement, which was great for family bonding, but the floor was quite cold. However, there were a few things worth mentioning for future guests. We noticed ants in the master bathroom. The TV remote only worked when it was plugged in the charger, which was inconvenient. The dishwasher wasn't working properly; we had to hold the tablets in place with toothpicks, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from it. The jacuzzi was a fantastic addition, but it felt a bit outdated; some buttons didn’t work properly. A major drawback was the lack of a garbage disposal in the kitchen; food would get stuck, leading to unpleasant odors and stagnant water. Overall, the mountain house is a beautiful and spacious place that just needs a few updates to enhance the guest experience. We truly enjoyed our time there and appreciate the lovely setting!

It could have been cleaner. No extra towels or blankets were provided and could have been used. Pool cues didn't have tips so couldn't play pool. I would only recommend this property to others if they make some changes/improvements. The property management company was stellar to work with and very responsive.

Annual Family Vacation

My large extended families goes away annually for a week age ranges 67-7, 13 people. This place was perfect for us! The downstairs 6 bunk bed room and bathroom was perfect for the kids! The separate living room down there was also great for them to get up and watch TV without waking everyone else up. The kitchen/dining room was perfect to feed all of us. The views were amazing from the living room and deck. The bedrooms were comfortable, although the mattresses and pillows could be replaced. Definitely bring fans to cool the rooms when you sleep. The mini splits kept the main house cool, but you definitely need fans in the bedroom. The management company was wonderful with dealing with any issue that came up. This place was close to several watering holes and hiking, perfect relaxing vacation.

Fantastic Dads and sons getway! The downstairs game room was perfect for the boys and the dads had plenty of space on the main floor. The deck provided a great spot to unwind and enjoy the amazing views of Sunday River. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were comfy.

Also very close to multiple restaurants & easy for going back & forth to the mountain. The kids loved the game room in the basement & the hot tub of course was a huge hit! The view was the best part...we had a perfect view of the mountain & the fireworks that Sunday River had on Saturday night. I did see a comment about the hot water/showers & I was slightly concerned knowing we had 11 people staying...but it was not an issue for us. The house was beautifully decorated & we made so many memories! Hope to be back in the future!

Not bad but we had some issues

The biggest issue is cause the door doesn’t have lockers and the air conditioner wasn’t working, if you’re planning to go in the summer make sure that you bring a fan of something to cooler your room.

Winter Family Ski Vacation

The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful vacation. The only suggestion would be to boost the water pressure throughout the house, very challenging taking multiple showers or washing dishes. There are 3 baths, so multiple showers should be expected with 13 guests. Other than that, loved the house and trip was outstanding.
