The Grey Goose at Ritchie’s Woodmere Estates is located in a brick fourplex on the north side of Appleton. The neighborhood is close to Theda Care’s Appleton Medical Center and is a five-minute drive from downtown.

The entire interior of the unit was just completely updated with brand new cabinets, modern black hexagon backsplash, upgraded appliance package, and a built in 60″ fireplace and 65″ TV. The living room has an abundant-sized comfy sectional couch big enough to sleep on and the living area opens up to a small patio.

The bedrooms feature Boho sheik king and queen bedroom sets, and the bathroom is all high-end marble tile and a new deep tub.
