Updated Home on 2 Acres - 15 Minutes to Downtown Durango - Huge Deck w/ Views

Our 2,600 square foot home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sits on just under 2 acres and is less then 15 minutes (7 miles) to historic downtown Durango and 30 miles (40 minutes) to Purgatory Ski Resort.

This home is in a great residential setting and being situated on almost 2 acres, offers privacy and seclusion - yet just minutes from downtown Durango.

The home features a generously equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and the main living space features floor to ceiling windows and is open to both the dining and kitchen. The main deck features an outdoor dining table and additional seating. There is plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers in the 2 car garage and circular driveway.

The home features Starlink WIFI with average internet speeds around 100mbs (we have seen them up to 200mbs) which makes multiple people streaming their favorite services (Netflix, Disney etc.) a breeze. There is no cable TV at the home.

The home is NOT pet friendly. Please do not bring pets.

Everything was really clean! The second bathroom didn’t maintain a consistent temperature for our daughter, but the main bath was really nicely updated. Very quiet neighborhood with easy access to Durango. Overall a great place to stay.

Great deck with good views. Lots of space for our group - both inside and out. Very easy check in/check out process. It had everything we needed. The property does need a refresh - paint inside & stain on the deck. The property was clean but didn't sparkle because of this.

My family had a great stay! The house was extremely clean and comfortable with easy access to downtown Durango. The kitchen was very well stocked, beds were very comfortable and the views were spectacular.

Amazing Views!

The pictures for this property do not do it justice! Behind the home is a large open vista with a stunning valley and set of hills. The home is easily accessible, yet feels very private when you are there. The house came with great amenities and everything we needed for the bathrooms and kitchens. The property manager was extremely responsive to all questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The beautiful windows along the back of the house were dirty with a haze. Rooms were clean, shower head in second bathroom upstairs was horrible and leaking. water temp fluctuates from when you set it to scolding hot, then cold and back. Garage door opener would be a nice feature or the code for the opener mounted outside.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was exceptional…very clean!! Great neighborhood! Amenities were plentiful. The back porch was amazing. Please note that the refrigerator has a broken door shelf. We could not find pot holders. The water flow in the master shower was not very strong. Otherwise awesome property!!! Wildlife was amazing. We had a bear cub visit for over an hour enjoying the pears from your tree. Thank you for sharing your home! We appreciate it

Everything appeared to be brand new, pristine & top of the line. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Plenty of towels. The Master walk-in shower was fabulous. The only thing that would have been nice was to be provided an information binder with detailed use of things within the property;ie, location of thermostats & areas within the home that they control, info regarding trash, what to do with linens & towels on checking out, tv instructions. Small chair in each bedroom would be nice.
