Home In One Scottsdale is a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home is large enough to accommodate families for vacations, friends for golfing and extended girls trips. Enjoy the heated pool in the winter (NO additional fee), ping pong table, putting green, bags (corn hole) game or work from the den.
Located in a prestigious neighborhood in North Scottsdale. Home In One provides luxury, style and comfort during your visit. The house is over 2,800 square feet on two levels. This house includes four large bedrooms all with king beds.
The pool has an attached spa which is not like a hot tub. It has jets and is warmed liked the pool, however it does not heat like a hot tub. The pool is heated from November to May. A heated pool is not like a hot tub and can range from 80-85 degrees.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom - King Bed (2nd Level)
Second Bedroom - King Bed (2nd Level)
Third Bedroom - King Bed (2nd Level)
Fourth Bedroom - King Bed (1st Level)
Den - Queen Sofa Bed (1st Level)
There are outdoor security cameras that record sound and video. These are monitored when there are noise complaints from the neighbors. They are also monitored full time when no one is in the house.

We completely re-vamped the backyard by resurfacing the pool and putting in a putting green. We made sure there was plenty of beds in the house and chose king beds for families and couples traveling together.
