One generous bedroom and bath are on the first floor, while the master bedroom and other guest accommodations are on the second floor, each with private bathrooms. In addition to a sun balcony right off the master bedroom overlooking the water, a screened porch will provide hours of restful seclusion.

The full-size kitchen is efficiently located close to the indoor dining area and only steps away from the lovely screened porch, which also offers outdoor dining. What could be more pleasant than dining while listening to the lapping water caressing the shore?

There are also are year-round amenities within 5 minutes. You’ll want to take advantage of the four championship 18-hole golf courses, the amazing Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Blvd which provide shopping and enticing dining experiences such as Starbucks. Also, take advantage of water sports, boating, biking, and tennis. And, did we mention there’s resort transportation or you can hop on your golf cart to the gorgeous white sandy resort beach access?
