Rarely available rental. We invite you to experience the warmth and aloha that truly embodies the spirit of the Hawaiian Islands! Our tropical villa is located within the gated, upscale community of Mauna Lani Point. This private, quiet community is located within the world-famous Mauna Lani Resort, on the west coast of Big Island of Hawaii.
This is one of the rare properties where you can walk to the Mauna Lani Private Beach Club. The beach club offers chaise longs and cabanas for guests use. The bay is ideal for snorkeling and paddle-boarding as it is well protected from winds and currents. The beach club has the lovely Napua Restaurant and Bar for lunch or dinner.
The owners live here for much of the year, so the kitchen is well stocked if you like to cook.
An open floor plan leads from kitchen to dining to the living area which then flows out toward the lanai via pocket sliding glass doors. Relax and enjoy the amazing ocean and golf course views directly in front of you as you lounge on the lanai or while you cook a meal.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, office area, and an ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom has two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom.
There is an additional powder bathroom near the front door.
To make your stay more comfortable we supply you with a starting supplies of laundry soap, paper products, shampoo, body wash, dish washer soap etc. The washer / dryer is inside the unit for your convenience.
The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, blender, toaster, and rice cooker.
We provide a guidebook, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels in case you want to try out other beaches.
This unit is equipped with free WiFi, smart TVs, central air, and ceiling fans.
