Welcome to Tiki Bella Villa!
West of the trail! It’s located in the historic Whitefield estate district and just minutes from the water. It is a four bedroom 2 1/2 baths home. It sits on a large corner lot which provides plenty of room for your boat or RV.
You’ll be able to enjoy the oversized pool, almost 400ft.² feet during the hot days.
The backyard is completely fenced in for your pet to run around. Three beautiful mature oak trees, lush vegetation and meticulously maintained yard makes for an added touch to home.
You are minutes to the Sara Bay Marina and Sarasota Bradenton international airport.
You are conveniently within 15 minutes, to downtown Sarasota and all that it has to offer including opera, symphony, theaters, galleries, museums, fine dining, shops and top rated beaches.
Not to forget the local popular Tiki bar a few steps away, that provides various activities daily.

No parties or events allowed. Sarasota actively enforces a 10 PM noise ordinance.
If you are a smoker, the great outdoors is for you. This is a non-smoking home
Dogs must be house trained call Mountain, no puppies
Cat are not allowed
Please pick up after your pet outside

Please wash your dishes before leaving
Dispose your trash upon check out
Shake out towels and clothes from beach sand before washing
Close windows and lock doors each time you leave
You may put the beans for trash and recycling on the curb Sunday night and Wednesday night for pick up Monday and Thursday

Tiki review

Spacious with enough rooms that each person had his/her own space. The only downside is it is close to the airport so the planes overhead were alarming at first. However did not impact sleeping. Would stay there again.

overall good, Kitchen supplies could be updated no BBQ for out door cooking out door sitting chairs need to be changed(casters on feet broken) dish washer didn't work or at least we could not get it going small updates would go a long way but overall good

Clean on the inside

The inside was clean and the bedrooms were nice. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The outside was horrible. The patio carpet was just so dirty and the shutters were barely hanging on. There was a lot of tree debris on the side yard not cleaned up. The house just needs some attention outside but inside was nice.

Airport abd hotel too close

The house is as described and we loved the pool. There is a Ramada Inn back entry across the street and an airport close. The planes did wake me up at night. There is also a mirana across the street and some of the patrons parked on the side in front of the house. We did like the house especially the half bathroom in the kids room. I would not choose this propert again.
