Our family stayed for a BMX state race weekend. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, large kitchen for dinner and fun pool.

The house and veranda were clean and inviting. The house has beautiful live plants in most rooms. There was plenty of space for lots of kids to play. Kitchen had plenty of cookware.

We had a great stay in Sarasota. The house was clean and and as described. The pool area / lanai was amazing, the only issue was that the automatic vacuum was in the pool when we arrived, it was just a slight inconvenience , we disconnected it and used the pool with no issues. The house lists as sleeping 14, while it may be possible it would definitely be less comfortable with that many people. Overall the host communicated with us as needed and everything went well. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Sarasota.If I were to suggest any improvements, maybe leave instructions on trash removal and what to do with towels at the end of the stay, but even as is the stay was great. A big thank you to Tien, we appreciate your hospitality.
