We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful property. The beds were comfortable, everything was spotless and it was a very private location . The house is located really close to quaint downtown High Springs and the beautiful surrounding nature . We enjoyed having a little bonfire each evening after a long day at the springs and on the river. . Will definitely return.
We had a great stay and everything in the home was as advertised. When I reached out to the host, he was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again in the future!
Great weekend in a quiet neighborhood. Peaceful and comfortable.

The house is super clean, despite a few bugs (the house is surrounded by wooded areas.) It fit our family of five perfectly. We loved how close it is to the dining options. It was a short drive to all of the springs that we visited.

Do hair everywhere
The floors, beds and sofas were covered with dog hair. We own dogs and decided to board ours at the last minute. We used lint rollers to remove the dog hair from the beds. Everything else was clean and acceptable.
We came for a family reunion at Ichetucknee so this house was the perfect location. Clean and plenty of room for me and my kids. Great nearby amenities.
We stayed here for 2 nights, we had a kayaking trip planned with my teenagers. The place was 15 min ride to the river in a super cute town. Clean, had everything we needed and the beds were sooo comfy! Would stay again!
Great location. Everything you need is there. Hadn't had anyone stay there in awhile and there was definitely a musty smell and saw some roaches which i am not used to as we just moved down here. I am sure with more spraying they could be taken care of
Property was immaculate, very close to highway, restaurants, Publix and the Springs. Managment was very accessible and helpful. Beds were the most comfortable Ive had at any travel stay. Very comfortable home to relax at the end of a long day on the water.

We were in town for a BMX race and this home was perfect! We truly enjoyed our stay and had all that we needed. Loved how close we were to Main Street! We went to Mexican restaurant on Main Street one night and then to Prohibition Pizza and the High Springs Brewing Company the next night! We walked to Bev's Burger Cafe for breakfast and it was delicious! Definitely recommend all of these places if you stay in the area! The home was lovely and worked out perfect for us! Hope to stay again sometime!
We enjoy the house. Perfect location . Only thing that would of been nice when sitting outside on porch no screen door to keep the bugs out . But other than that we enjoy the stay . Thank you

Me and my best friend came to visit our friends that live there in high springs. It was a great weekend. Sweet lil house. Its a noisy neighborhood. There was a car backed into the house under construction across the street blasting their music at bout 1am saturday nite. And saturday afternoon a male subject was walking around the neighborhood and was asking for money. Made us a lil nervous but he left. We saw him begging on main street a lil later. Other than that, it was great!!!

i had to call for entry code. I was charged with a non disclosed security fee. Neighbors harassed us when we walked our pet. So much so we cut our stay short. Addressed with property management. They were very receptive and corrected what they could. The neighborhood is in"transition", meaning many rundown pnroperties that are in some sort of renovations. But neighborhood is kind of scary. House nextdoor to us has been uninhabited for quite awhile. Property needed a bit of TLC. I believe the septic system needed a "redo" , the yard was soft and sinking in many places. There were spiders in the house. The town was very quaint.
This is an efficient house, an okay neighborhood but quiet, close to downtown, and within 30 minutes of the local springs. The 3 bedrooms are small but sleep up 6 without having to unfold a sofa bed. The water was very hot and great pressure. The TVs were also nice and the AC cooled well in the summer heat. Where we found this house to be lacking was mostly in the kitchen. No dishwasher, ridiculous for 5 people and the load of dishes that added up every day. No regular drip coffee maker, only a Keurig machine but not a single coffee pod to at least get started. We had cans of coffee but I had to go out and buy pods, none of which was mentioned in the listing. There was very little silverware, we had to share, but the owner did have some brought to the house the next day, as well as a folding chair for the fifth guest. The master bedroom was nice, sticky door and all, but the bed was tiny! There was room for a king bed, but that bed they listed as a queen did not seem to be 60" wide, it felt more like a full. The mattresses were comfortable, There were also very few hangers for our clothes, I forgot to ask for more. In summary, this is a nice house for the typical purpose people rent in High Springs, it just needs those things added to make the stay easier.
Not impressed....hair on bedding, cobwebs throughout, huge cracks, hot and stuffy come to find out the owner had to change thermostat to ac. Bathroom sink.leaked water and someone knew about it cause there was a bowl and plastic liner under the sink.
