The Space:

Sitting on 4.3 acres, this house is truly stunning. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own private bathroom. The beds are extra comfortable with a Tempur Pedic king in the main bedroom and a Purple Premier mattress as well. With queen over queen bunk beds on the first floor and a twin XL over queen bunk bed with an additional trundle bed (twin XL) on the second floor, there’s a perfect fit for your sleeping needs.



Are you hoping for a movie night? There is a 65 inch 4K Roku smart TV and comfy couch in the living room with plenty of seating. Or enjoy some of the many board games in the family room upstairs where there is another smart TV.



Interested in cooking? Well, this kitchen is stocked with quality flatware/silverware, Vitamix blender, spices, a coffee maker, a Kitchen Aid stand mixer, and much more! What about outdoor cooking? Open up the adjustable 13 foot umbrella to have some shade as you make dinner on the outdoor gas grill.



Looking to spend some time outdoors? There are mountain views all over the place, though the best view is from the patio on the second floor. Enjoy outdoor seating in both the front and the backyard. Enjoy the fire pit in the front yard with the waterfall in the background. Or enjoy the mountain views by the heated pool and water feature. Up for some exploring? There’s a desert trail through the property you can explore that leads you to the horse stables and arena.



Need to get some work done? Zoom into that meeting with the high speed internet (150 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload) throughout the house. Or take some time at the desk with the 27 inch monitor in the office to get some work done.



Need more places to sleep? There are two inflatable queen air mattresses and linens for them if needed. The office just fits one of these air mattresses while the family room upstairs can also handle one. The couches are also very sleepable. While there are 5 queen beds, 2 twin XLs beds, and a king bed, there is the potential to sleep even more people.



Guest Access:

There is a smart lock on the front door that will give you access to the house. The entire house is yours to enjoy. There is also lots of outdoor space for your use as well.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. You’ll likely see horseback riders in the area. There is a short (1/3 mile) dirt road leading to the house.



Getting Around:

You are welcome to park in the circle at the front of the house or in the driveway or garage at the back of the house.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that Diamond oAZis is in the desert. That means that you may come in contact with some wildlife. While the hummingbirds and the rabbits are common and delightful to watch, it’s also not unusual to hear and see javelinas and coyotes.



If you are interested in hosting an event on the property, please reach out and we can see if the Diamond oAZis is a good fit. Bigger events require prior approval and an additional contract. Family reunions and birthday parties could be great options; mechanical bulls in the driveway and live bands playing until 2am, unfortunately, are not great options. Yeah, that happened.
