This cozy three bedroom ranch is located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood directly across the street from Goshen Hospital and across the street from Goshen College. You can easily get into nature by walking the paths right down the street or walk to downtown Goshen. There are three bedrooms, one of which has a desk/workspace. The internet is the highest speed I could get and will allow for people who are working from home. The kitchen/dining/living room are fairly open and have a lot of natural light. There is a downstairs apartment which is accessed by a private entrance in the garage. You will have off street parking.
