Beautiful 1875 shotgun in Bywater, across the street from Elizabeth's and half a block from the entrance to Crescent Park with its running/bike paths, dog park, and views of the Mississippi. Our home has been lovingly furnished for your comfort and retains many of its original architectural details. Bywater is quiet, walkable, and loaded with cafes, parks, and artist's studios. One mile to Frenchman Street (20 minutes by foot) and 1.5 miles to the heart of the French Quarter. The home has two smart TVs loaded with streaming services, Nest thermostat, keyless touchpad entry, dedicated workspace, all utilities are included. One small dog is allowed on approval, no cats.
