Wonderful family vacation

It was nice to be in a small gated community and had a better than expected view. It was so easy to access the beach and enjoy the pool. The interior was very well done and we enjoyed having the toddler accessories, porch swing and rockers and extra refrigerator in the sand room as well as other generously supplied conveniences. We enjoyed retreating to our upstairs suite and waking up to views of the ocean. The mattresses could use updating but the linens were nice.. Would highly recommend this property!

Perfect for our family

The house was beautifully decorated with plenty of towels, linens, cooking utensils and pots and pans, we loved our week and hope to rent it next year.

Perfect Location for families with young children

This is the second year in a row that our family has enjoyed staying at Lazy Daze in Majestica Beach. The location is absolutely perfect as we can walk to local restaurants and shops. We especially appreciate that the neighborhood is secure with gated access. An ocean view from the family room and upper deck is a bonus as well as the easy walk to the beach.

Perfection

This is our second time to stay at Lazy Daze and won’t be the last. Everything about this place is perfect. Location to beach, restaurants, shopping, and of course ice cream is all right here. Can’t be beat. Our whole family loves it and is already taking about next year.

Majestica

Wonderful Week at Lazy Daze

Great location, private, gated area with an easy walk to the beach! House was very nicely decorated and outfitted, clean, very usable, and amenities were plentiful in the kitchen and bedrooms. The 2 upstairs balconies were great for ocean viewing. Loved it and hopeful to stay at Lazy Daze again!

Wonderful stay at Lazy Days

We had a wonderful stay at Lazy Days. The house was well-equipped and very nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The walk to the beach was quick and easy! The owner was responsive and kind. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect Vacation Rental

We’ve stayed in many beach houses/condos along 30A, and this has to be the BEST. Fantastic location, beautiful ocean view, quiet neighborhood, heated (shared) pool, and beach service… but what made our stay extra special were in the details. The beds and pillows were comfy (even the bunk mattresses!), the house was decorated chic and simply without a bunch of knick-knacks, soft throw blankets in the living room, clean cushion covers on the couch (reduces stress!), fully stocked kitchen with sharp knives, lots of cooking utensils and decent cookware (so rare in rentals!), downstairs mud-room (sand-room?) with an extra fridge and plenty of hooks to hang towels/jackets/etc… I could go on and on about this house! Our group was 2 families (parents and teenage kids) and everyone absolutely loved staying at Lazy Daze!

Perfect location made for memories!

Home is gorgeous and Lynne has thought of every little detail from accommodations to recommendations. Quiet gated community with only a handful of homes. Location is amazing and the view of the ocean from every level is hard to believe. The location allows you to be from a rocking chair on the beautiful wrap around porch to the reserved chairs on private Majestica Beach in literally seconds. The sand/mud room is an absolute game changer with little ones. The most family friendly, stress free experience anywhere our family has ever stayed. The location to what are now our new favorite restaurants and ice cream shop couldn’t be more convenient. Everything you need is in walking distance even with little kids. We will never look anywhere else. Absolute perfection. Lynne was amazing and truly put a home together that is built for making memories. Can’t wait to be back at Lazy Daze.

Great place to stay.

Location to beach is excellent. House has everything needed, spare room on first floor with extra refrigerator storage is great. Hope to stay there again next year.

Fabulous

So perfect! The house was beautiful and just steps to the beach! There were 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas that were set up for us on the beach every day! There was a balcony on every level of the house and it was so nice to sit out there and view the ocean. We will definitely be staying there again!!
