Thank you so much for staying with us! We hope you love the home. This property is managed for a homeowner who values the home very much. Our hope is that you will treat it like your own. Primary renter must be 21 years of age or older. Please limit the occupants to the maximum allowed and please no parties. Unauthorized guests exceeding the limit will lead to the cancellation of your reservation. No smoking inside the home. Smoking is permitted outdoors but all waste must be removed prior to your departure. Feminine products and wet wipes must not be flushed or additional plumbing charges may apply. Please only park in the driveway. Do not park in the grass. Please note, the shower must be turned almost all the way off to obtain hot water. Pet Fee is $150. Trash and Recycling days are on Tuesdays. Please roll cans to the street if they require emptying. Following your booking, you will receive a link to complete the check-in form and rental agreement required to finalize your reservation. Otherwise, enjoy your stay. East Hill

East Hill is very walkable to get to parks, coffee, bars, and restaurants. There are also rentable scooters nearby. Getting downtown, beaches, or anywhere else, we recommend a rideshare service.
