Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Empty refrigerator, place all trash in the large outside trashcan & roll to the curb, set thermostat to 72, clear kitchen sink & run the dishwasher, if you opened any windows lock them back.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
