"Charlie's on the North Channel" Beautiful Home

This home is beautifully decorated with an open floor plan with a chef's kitchen for cooking or entertaining. The living room opens to the kitchen and an oversized L-shaped, comfy couch for the entire family to be together.
There is a deck upstairs and off the main level where you can enjoy the boats going by while having a cocktail or morning coffee.
Our bedrooms have smart TVs, comfortable bedding, and pillows for a beautiful night's sleep. There are three full bathrooms, each with a shower, bathtub, and bidet. For our guest's convenience, we supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and blow dryers in each bathroom for our guests.
At all of Charlie's locations, we offer complimentary coffee, spices, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, some basic cooking supplies, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, oil, sugar, storage bags, an air fryer, a toaster, large pots, baking pans, and a mixer.

If you're arriving by boat, enjoy the 400-foot dock with plenty of room for multiple or larger boats. There are 110 electricity and solar blue lights for easy visibility at night. You will need to supply your convertor for 30 or 50 amps.

General supplies: laundry detergent, downy, bleach, and fabric softeners. Toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels.

Entertaining; cards and various games, cornhole, large tick-tac-toe, small Bluetooth speaker, cords for various phones for charging, and an Alexia speaker.

Children: Some kids' video games, coloring books, and crayons. Portable crib, portable high chairs, and kids' utensils.

When guests leave nonperishable unopened items, we add them to the pantry for another guest to use.

Fur-babies: We allow one fur-baby unless approved by the host before booking, at an additional pet fee 250.00. Please provide the breed and weight. No Bully breeds. We ask that your dog waste be picked up daily. A bucket and scooper are provided. At the end of your stay, please throw your dog waste bag from the bucket in the outside trash can.

Boats Are allowed, but you must provide your fenders and lines. We are not responsible for any damage. Dock at your own risk.

Garbage: Cans must be taken down Thursday evening for garbage pick-up. If not, there will be an extra 50.00 per can.
