Our love for Florida—and especially Disney—runs deep. In 2004, Disney’s Contemporary Resort became part of our story when I proposed to my wife, Colleen, on its white-sand beach. Since then, we’ve returned often, building memories with our family and becoming DVC Members in 2012 with Bay Lake Tower as our home resort, overlooking the very spot where it all began.
As our children have grown, it has been a joy to watch them discover new sides of Central Florida while cherishing the magic from their early years. Lake Berkley Villa is a new chapter in that journey—a place to create fresh memories while honoring the ones that brought us here. We believe Colleen, our guardian angel, would be proud of what we’re building, and of the joy we’re sharing with others along the way.

My home was remodeled in mid-2022 and has an updated interior with a modern, open concept on the first floor. It has a well-equipped kitchen, including a fully stocked coffee bar to start each day off nicely. All three bedrooms can be found on the second floor, which includes a shared hall bath and a master suite with a shower.
