The loft-style master suite occupies the top floor, complete with a whirlpool tub, separate shower, and double vanities. There is parking on site and trailer parking at the marina. Stairs lead from the villa to the boat slip which makes getting on and off the water a breeze. There is a swimming pool with games and propane grills for guest use. The property is ideally located just 5 mins from Aqua & the State Park in the heart of Counce.
