You will be in walking distance to the commuter trolley train and Uptown local business district when you stay at this lovely home.
The space
Three bedrooms (Queen, Full and two Twin beds) with comfortable memory foam mattresses in all rooms. Two full bathrooms, one on the first and the other on the ground floor. Fully equipped kitchen that looks onto the dining room for a lovely in-home dining experience. The living room has vinyl, guitars, great novels and a card table for evening entertainment. The basement has easy couches for TV and board games. The gardens are well tended and in the summer you can help yourself to the homegrown produce and herbs. Parking for one car on the driveway (for longer stays the garage can also be accessed).
Guest access...
The garage is accessible to guests on request. The unfinished part of the basement (and laundry) is accessible to guests on request.
Other things to note
Access to the property is by keyless entry keypad and the code will be provided on booking.

Sunset Drive was our home for 7 years and we now live 5 minutes away.
