Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guest house. Quiet and comfortable place with private patio to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Centrally located with easy freeway access to get you anywhere in town. Minutes away from great restaurants and amazing hiking trails. Kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs for those home cooked meals.

Guests have separate private entrance with access to entire guest house and private patio.

Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly
Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in the backyard.

Absolutely no smoking in home. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $1000 fine.

The location was great. The bed was great. The property was spotless, the shower great. Now for what was not great: no stove or microwave, (the latter was brought later by owner,) only an old air fryer . There were no dish towels or dish drainer. There was not a single chair, only a small,hard couch near the front door from which the tv could not be seen. The only way to watch tv was in bed.There was just one hook for a wet towel, no place to hang a washcloth. The tv was very difficult to use......not a conventional provider. There was not really a closet, and no drawers to put clothing away. I lived out of my suitcase.
