A stylish condo in the heart of Arcadia. The perfect location! Arcadia is the home to many top restaurants and bars and is a quick 10 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale and 20 mins from Downtown Phoenix. The condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen comes equipped with dishes, coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave. There is an community salt water pool and jacuzzi that is open all year round for guest use. The pool is not heated. We enjoyed our stay, we were there during the recent Haboob so the pool did get pretty dirty, but other than that it was great!

Served us well as a landing spot while we moved our daughter. The listing made the property look much newer and better equipped for entertaining than what we found upon arrival. The apartment has an ordor that wasn't inviting. The airpurifier isn't masking it.

Great place/location

This is a great place to stay. Safe neighborhood, close to many attractions, and the pictures were accurate. Hosts were very responsive and check in was a breeze. Highly recommend this property for your next stay.

Good Location

The location is great. Easy to get places. It was quiet. But there are a flight of stairs to enter the condo. I did not see that in the listing and my dad had a hard time getting up and down the stairs.

Restful night

I really enjoyed my stay. It was easy to access. It was in a good location for my trip to Phoenix. The beds were comfortable. The only thing I had trouble with was using my app with the Wi-Fi in the place. Upon leaving, I just called the owner to let them know I was leaving. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!
