Hi there! I'm a mother to our baby girl who loves the desert! My husband and I built this home to enjoy together in our future years and I sure hope you can enjoy this beautiful home now while we are busy raising our family!

Why they chose this property

This is a brand new construction home that we put our heart and soul into. This home is a part of a small 27-unit community that is very private and quiet. The single-level floor plan is stretched out over 2400+ SF with soaring ceilings and tasteful finishes. You also have a 12,000+ SF lot with plenty of space to enjoy the beautiful backyard area. It is only 5 minutes from the casino and about 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs.
