Only 1 block off EL PASEO!! This mid century classic is a private desert oasis, conveniently located in South Palm Desert. This 2.500 sq. ft. home sleeps up to 10 people. There are 3 king size bedrooms, & 2 bathrooms in the main house and 2 king size bedrooms & 1 bathroom in the casita. Every bedroom has their own T.V. Highchair and pack & play provided. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need to cook a gourmet meal inside or outside on gas BBQ. Small appliances include a Keurig coffee maker, Nespresso, blender, toaster and more. Upon stepping out of the kitchen, you are welcomed into the indoor/outdoor game room, which has a pool table, sectional sofa and games for all ages!

The private, resort-like backyard has a large pool, spa, built in fire pit with seating, putting green, misters, Sono's system, corn hole, umbrellas, lounge chairs and plenty of seating for everyone.

Sunny sanctuary

Having just spent a month I can say that the house is exactly as pictured! Outdoor area is spectacular, location is prime and Julie and Rick were a pleasure to communicate with. It's an ideal place for a relaxing getaway in the sunny, sublime desert!

Palm Desert Fun

We had our entire family here for a couple of weeks. We all had a wonderful time. We loved the house and being so close to El Paseo. So nice to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants. Julie and Rick were amazing hosts. We can't wait to come back again!

21 Palms, as cool as it looks

We've been to Palm Desert and the surrounding areas four times and 21 Palms is by far the best place we've stayed. Rick & Julie were excellent and very responsive hosts. The accommodations were near perfect. Comfy kings beds in all rooms, everything we needed in the kitchen and lots of outdoor and indoor stuff (pool, hot tub, putting green, pool table, and more!) to keep everyone entertained.The location is ideal. It's an easy stroll to El Paseo for shopping and restaurants and also walkable, or a short-drive, to the Palm Desert Civic Centre (weekend market, fantastic park), plenty of good hiking trails and the Living Desert Zoo. Sunnylands and multiple golf course are close by as well.Everyone in our group, ages 11 - 51, thoroughly enjoyed 21 Palms. Tough to leave. Highly recommended.

Great Property For Our Family Reunion

Highly recommend this property! We needed all 5 bedrooms - having a king bed in every room was a huge bonus for our “big and tall” family. The house had everything we needed - the kitchen was particularly well stocked. Numerous rooms and gathering spots indoors and out to handle a big group - the firepit was a favourite for cocktails and evening chats. We’re already rebooked for next year! Our hosts Rick & Julie were very quick to reply on any and all questions.

The location and the well designed outdoor spaces were our favourite features of this property. Having a casita for our guests was enjoyed by both the guests and the hosts! Rick and Julie were very responsive and go the extra mile to make guests happy.

A wonderful desert retreat!

We absolutely loved our time staying at Rick and Julie’s desert oasis. It’s equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need for an extended break with a group of friends in the Palm Desert area, and in a perfect location close to El Paseo. Rick and Julie were extremely communicative and did their most to ensure we had the perfect stay. We loved our stay!

Oasis in the drsaert

We had a wonderful visit to this home in palm dessert! Great location to everything and walking distance to shopping, grocery and restaurants!! We stayed 1 month and hope to do it again!! Love this Vrbo, it was a piece of paradise at the base of mountains, views, and fabulous sunsets! Julie and Rick are amazing!! Anything we needed was taken care of immediately.

Palm desert oasis!

We have stayed at 21 palms multiple times and absolutely love it! The location is amazing and the property is even better! Our past stay was for a month and we barely left the property because it is equipped with pretty much equipped with everything you need. I love that there are so many options for activities on property. The pool is glorious, the new putting green is wonderful, there is a pool table and foosball table, the fire pit is wonderful for night gatherings, we love it all! The walk to yummy food/great shopping is a little over a block. Julie is a very responsive and gracious host/property manager. Lots of fun was had by all of our family members ranging from ages 2-77. 21 palms is truly a palm desert oasis!
