Our home is fully renovated and everything inside is brand new. We have 7 beds plus an ottoman that folds out into a single bed. Our home sleeps 8 comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet, has nice streets and sidewalks, and the home has a 2 car garage.
You'll be pleased to find new granite on all countertops, new bedding and furniture, stylish rooms, lots of comfortable seating, a decked out game room, and large backyard with a gas grill, sand volleyball, firepit, and hot tub.
Directly across from this quiet neighborhood is a park which hosts a farmers market every weekend. The home is a few minutes walk away from to the loop bike path, 5 miles to downtown and 5 miles to the UofA. This home is a gem!
