Beautiful North Scottsdale Two Bedroom Condo For Your AZ Getaway. This Condo Has Been Tastefully Furnished With Comfort and Functionality In Mind. Vaulted Ceilings In Living Area. Split Level Floorplan Allows For Privacy In Both Bedrooms.. Full Kitchen With Everything You Need For Cooking In. Lush Complex Features Two Pools and a Workout Facility. Ideal Location Just off 101 Freeway and Close to West World and TPC Scottsdale. A Great Place To Enjoy The Warm Arizona Winters!

The space

Comfortable Condo that features great room concept with dining and living area all in one. Both Bedrooms have their own bath available and both have flat screen Smart TV\'s for your streaming needs. Queen Sized Beds in the Master and in the Guest room make this a great spot for Family or friends traveling together. Washer and Dryer are available in Unit as well as a full kitchen. One covered parking space is assigned to the unit and also guest parking is available.

You have the entire condo to your self. There is no shared spaces.

As our guests you will have access to the two pools and gym as well as grilling stations.

Must be 25 years of age to book.

Absolutely no smoking in the condo at any time. Automatic loss of deposit if any signs of smoking.

Please always be respectful of the community and neighbors.

Clean and tidy property in a very nice neighborhood in close proximity to plenty of golfing, dining and shopping options. Kitchen is adequate and beds are comfortable, nice TVs and couch. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The owner was very accommodating and nice to deal with. The condo was clean and well stocked. The location was a short walk to the grill, pool, hot tub, and gym. If I stay in this area again, I would definitely stay here again. I high recommended this condo.

Pros- we were able to check in a couple of hours early and it was an easy process. The pool was nice.Cons- The bed was very uncomfortable. Aside from salt and pepper there is literally nothing else - I asked the host where they keep the cream and sugar for the coffee and he replied “that is not something we supply” we ran into a problem where there was no water So we only stayed one of the 4 nights we were supposed to be there, we’re still working on getting a partial refund. Overall not a good experience. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We have provided Vrbo customer service text messages from guest that refutes their claims. We welcome feedback from all guests and strive to improve each experience. In our post checkout inspection, water was working and bed comfort is subjective . We have never received negative feedback on the beds . In addition , previous guests and guests that stayed two days after John provided a 10/10 . We understand each guests have different needs and we strive to meet them. We don’t recommend this guest to other properties.
