The house had everything we needed from an iron and ironing board to water containers with filters to have fresh cool tap water in the refrigerator. Easy walk to Trader Joe’s. We would definitely stay here again.

This cottage was cute, comfortable and so close to everything on the south end including a great Saturday Farmer’s Market two blocks away and the Little Sugar Creek Greenway. We even walked the nearby streets of beautiful homes. A good selection of breweries and restaurants are nearby. The house was spotless and quaint with cute decorative touches and the neighbors were quiet. We even enjoyed coffee on the porch. Book this house… you will love it!

Very convenient comfy spot

I was in town for a soccer game and stayed here with a friend. It was easy to get everywhere we needed to in just a short Uber ride from the property. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Highly recommended!

Thank you for providing such a clean, warm, and safe haven for my visit to Charlotte. I loved the neighborhood so very much. I truly felt at home in this space. I appreciated all of the small details you have provided for your guests. This home is perfect for a traveling adult as well as an entire family! Sitting on your front porch while eating a home-cooked meal (with the help of your near-by Trader Joe’s) was the serene grounding needed each evening and night. I look forward to future stays with my family, if you aren’t booked up! In all my years of using VRBO I’ve had some disappointing experiences of other hosts property not living up to their bare minimum expectations of cleanliness and basic maintenance- THIS stay far EXCEEDED my expectations and was very much appreciated. It is such a gift to reap the efforts of your hard work to assure your guests feel so welcomed and comfortable in this beautiful home. In addition, there are 3 major parks close by to enjoy nature.
