Great 3 story townhome located less than 5 miles to the beaches and boardwalk in the Gated Community of Sawgrass. Townhome has 3 bedrooms + 1st floor with sleep sofa and queen bed and 3.5 baths. You can enjoy the open kitchen, dining room and living room with a deck overlooking beautiful trees. Enjoy the community pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, gym and on site parking if you decide not to go to the beach! There are 3 TVs in the townhouse as well!

Great Place!

Great place with location near to everything we were looking for. Owner was super helpful and communicative. We had two couples and some kids and had more than enough room for everyone. Great stay!

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful, roomy, renovated house. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet and enjoyed walking around the complex with easy access to pool and tennis and basketball courts. Property was minutes away from Rehoboth, Savannah and Johnny Walker beaches that we enjoyed very much. Weather was very good and the owners were very friendly and quick to respond to any of our needs. We will definitely consider returning back to this lovely house.

Great location and townhouse

Sawgrass South is a great community a few miles away from the hustle and bustle of Route 1 and the Rehoboth Beach. A perfect location to stay with a quick drive to the beach! The townhouse is beautiful and clean. It was our first time renting through VRBO and it was positive.

Perfect for 3 generations of Family

The townhome with 3 floors, community pool and quick drive to the beach and town was a perfect location for our family vacation at the beach. The pool was directly across from the townhome, which was perfect for the kids to play and for relaxing by the pool. The 3 floor layout allowed for us to be able to have some quiet time throughout the week. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with utensils. Location was perfect as we were able to easily access grocery stores without having to go out on route 1. We also took a trip to Towers Beach, which was about 15 minutes away.

Rehoboth townhouse

The townhouse was nice overall. Lots of steps to navigate. Garage door was quite finicky and took much work to open initially. Gate was also finicky after hours. There was no AC control on first floor but was on top two floors.
