5BR Rehoboth Beach Townhouse, Sleeps 11 + Community Pool, East of US-1

Escape to this spacious, well-appointed home that's ideal for a group stay. Located on the ocean side of Route 1, our home is a short walk to downtown and the beach. You'll enjoy the benefits of a private commmunity that's close to everything: the beach, restaurants/bars, the outlets, Grove Park and the farmers market. We provide a seasonal parking pass good throughout the city of Rehoboth Beach.

You'll have access to a large community pool -- including 25-meter lap lanes -- and the Junction & Breakwater hiker/biker trail that runs by the entrance to the community.

Our end-unit townhouse offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Sunny and bright, the open floor plan on the first floor is perfect for gathering. Relax in an entertainment area on the second floor. Grill and dine on the back patio with a view of the pond or sip a beverage on the second-floor deck overlooking a large grassy yard, perfect for the kids or a game of catch.

The house offers three ensuite bedrooms. Additional 2nd floor rooms are furnished with twin beds and bean bag chairs. The third-floor ensuite includes a convertible chair that doubles as a single bed. With five bathrooms, there’s no waiting in line! And with three levels, there’s plenty of room to find quiet time.

We provide two dedicated parking spaces with plenty of visitor spaces.

We manage the property and serve as your point of contact. We take pride in our home and are committed to ensuring you have everything you need to enjoy the best beach town on the East Coast!

NOTES:
- The state of Delaware now charges a 4.5% tax on rentals, which is reflected in the VRBO listing.
- In season, we recommend renting Sunday to Sunday to avoid Saturday traffic, but we're flexible.
• We provide pillows, bedspreads, mattress & pillow protectors. Bring your own linens or contract with local companies for linen service.

Note: The renter must be over the age of 25 yrs., in accordance with both the Condo Association rules and our renter policy.

This is a beautiful home in Rehoboth. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen and living area are also very nice. It's walking distance to restaurants in downtown Rehoboth.

Great Place Great Location

This is a fantastic place. Close to the town center. We hired bikes and cycled to the beach each day. We cooked in twice and the kitchen was really well equipped for nine of us.

Perfect Getaway!

We only stayed 2 nights but this house was amazing! So much room for our family, fully stocked kitchen, games yo play, and some sand toys to use. Just a short walk to downtown Rehoboth! We will definitely come back!

Terrific new townhouse

Clean and modern townhouse with plenty of beds and bathrooms. We entertained 4 kids ages 11-14 with daily bike rides to the beach. A great visit and highly recommend!

All had fun!

The property was comfortable and spacious for our group of 11. The walk to the beach was quite doable, especially with a wagon. It was nice to have the pool nearby. The kitchen was well equipped. Having the Rise Up coffee shop within easy walking was also a plus.

Why they chose this property

This property offers a modern space with room for everyone to gather or enjoy private space over three floors. The large community pool is never crowded with space for smaller children as well as time for the adults to swim laps.

The private pathway leading to the downtown provides a safe environment for the older kids to explore off on their own. With the Junction / Breakwater Trail just yards away, everyone can be off and into the forest within minutes.
