Beautiful rental great location

Our team stayed here for a trade show. Everyone had their own private bed and bathroom. Shared private spaces .We enjoyed our outdoor living spaces and the closeness to downtown. It was perfect amazing rental would stay again.

Great house, transitioning neighborhood

The house was great, had plenty of room for our group of 6 professionals. The neighborhood looks to be in a transition but we didn’t have any issues. Kitchen supplies are pretty minimal if you plan to cook, beds were comfortable, water pressure was lacking, but internet was fast.

Fit us well

We were generally very satisfied with our experience at this property. The kitchen is well-equipped and the privacy of the bedrooms/bathrooms made it perfect to share as a space with co-workers. There were just a few disappointments: 1. Many of the outside lights were not working, which made entering and exiting feel unsafe at night; 2. The wifi was not strong, which made it difficult to connect for work; and 3. The televisions were practically unusable -- because of the poor wifi and no live TV service. Overall, however, we were satisfied with the stay.

Vacation rental

The house was beautiful, however the sheets and towels had stains. The bathrooms were dirty. The property manager answered my call right away and tried to address the issue by having someone come to clean the day after we checked in, however after she left, we still were not brought new towels or reimbursed for the ones we bought and the bathrooms were still dirty. A new cleaning service needs to be hired.

Amazing townhome in Houston.

I loved this home the soon as I saw it online. I booked right away once I seen how beautiful and updated the home was. I like how there’s a bathroom in every room. The decor is very nice I recommend this home you’ll love it!
