Apartment is in a great location. It is very roomy and was very clean. The linens were nice and the beds were comfy. It is somewhat dated but had everything that we needed.

The town was lovely. There are cute shops, a walking path, a garage close by to charge your electric car and it is in walking distance of the train.
The place was clean, homey, and safe. We had everything we needed.
I highly recommend.
Attended family wedding in NH. Traveled from NJ with my 2 adult children. The location in Dover was perfect. I thought the grounds of the property could have been maintained better.
Charming old house that squeaks when you move across the floors, but clean and a nice place to stay. Close to everything in Dover. There are a few details that need maintenance (shower head, kitchen cabinets, roof above the stove and kitchen window), but it didn't affect our stay. Make sure to take a photo before you enter the house, just to document the conditions.
Lovely vintage apartment in downtown Dover close to several good restaurants and shops. Very clean and comfortable. Though we never had the chance to enjoy it, we certainly appreciated the nice touch of having a white wine and wine glasses chilling in the fridge to welcome us. Thanks, Travis!
Dover is a great location to stay while taking day trips along the New Hampshire/Maine coastline and this apartment is a perfect place to stay.
The refurbished apartment in the multi-unit apartment building was clean and spacious. Due to the age of the building, you can hear other tenants in the building as some of the floor's squeak. The noise is not disruptive but could be for a light sleeper. The owner was timely in communication and the location in downtown Dover made it easy to walk to restaurants and sites in the area.
