For us, was just a quick stop over on a 3 day driving trip. We never even went upstairs but is a nice place. A huge plus for us was able to park the car in the garage overnight. Thanks and if we’re ever in the area, we have a go to.
The house was in a quiet subdivision. There is a master bedroom and bath down stairs and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The beds were a little hard for me, I sleep on a softer mattress. The house is equipped with everything you need. We encountered a small problem upon arrival but it was quickly fixed. It is right there in town but yet very quiet neighborhood. There is a school right across the street from the subdivision entrance, its a little crowded in the early morning around 3, but after our 1st encounter we figured it out. We will definitely stay here again when the Mecum Car Auction comes back to town.
Host was very responsive when we first arrived and had not recieved our access code. Within seconds she had us in the house. Home was clean and beds were comfortable. House was at the end of a quiet street. We felt safe being there. Nice big yard to walk the dogs in. Location was close to everything. House was stocked with everything we needed. Very nice stay.
The property was comfortable but a few things didn’t make the property “upscale” as advertised. The was water damage/discoloration in the upstairs bathroom, no lightbulbs in the majority of the lights in the master bedroom, flashing on the outside of the house needing repair, and the dishwasher moved around when we loaded it like it wasn’t secured in place. None of these things were enough to contact the owner over during our short stay and we felt the home was worth the price.

The location was great! The couch had stains and the couch pillows had a smell to them. The master bath and closet smelled like cat urine. Air freshener did not help! We kept the bathroom door closed to help with the smell not to be so strong! The kitchen did not have a mixer and there was not a blow dryer. My nephew slept on the couch and I was thankful that we had a blanket in the car because there were no extra blankets. On a good note, the mattress in the bedroom that I slept in was great; pillows though sucked! This house has so much potential with some decorations and the items that I mentioned above. Give this home some love!!

Are you kidding me? You said they're was a smell and I asked to send someone over with a blue light. There were zero traces of any urine. I asked you all on many occasions if you need anything and you said everything was perfect. I am absolutely shocked.
Based on the price we paid(~500/nt) we expected the house to be nice. We opted for a house because we had 3 couples in town for a wedding and thought it would be more fun than a hotel. Man were we were a bit surprised. The neighborhood was a bit run down upon entering. Shrubs and backyard was overgrown. Upon entering the house we quickly noticed it wasn’t decorated. At all. Which is fine, just wasn’t very inviting. We could get past the holes in the walls and broken blinds. We found what we believed were crushed cookies?? Or maybe rust all over the kitchen floor. The biggest disappointment was upstairs. It was 95 degrees in Nashville this past weekend and the upstairs air didn’t work. The thermostat read 86 degrees at 9pm. The description says 2 beds in one room which we needed, but each room only had 1 bed. We contemplated numerous times leaving and staying at the Marriott around the corner.
