I was born in Jamaica and move to the US when I was in my early teens. After spending all of my adult life in the US and traveling to Jamaica just about every year, it would only make sense to get a property in my favorite place in the world.... Jamaica. I have several rental properties in the US, but the Jamaica property is by far my favorite, and I know it will be yours too. My kids enjoy every second of this property whenever they are in Jamaica.
Why they chose this property
This property comes with a Master bedroom with master bath, queen bed, TV and a walkout patio. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a walkout patio with ocean view. Rooms has room darken drapers, living room has a pullout sofa bed sleep 2, kitchen has everything that you will need for cooking pots and pans, dinnerware's, etc. including spices, dining room has dining table a chair, living room seat 6 with 65in TV and BOSE soundbar, half bathroom next to the living room, large outdoor furnished patio that seats 7.

Guest has free access to the entire house a private beach, pool, snack bar, close to everything that Negril has to offer, Ricks Cafe, Margaritaville, Mattew lounge and next to all-inclusive resorts like Riu, Royalton Sandal and more.
